As of today, you can apply for tickets to the 2010 World Cup taking place next year in South Africa.
All you have to do is click here and you'll be taken to the page at FIFA.com where you need to login (register for an account if you don't have one) and register your interest.
It doesn't matter if you apply today or on March 31st - everyone who does apply stands an equal chance of getting what they have applied for.
