A ten day trip across South Africa ended yesterday with the news coming from FIFA today that they have signed off on all the stadiums and "it is all systems go for 11 June 2010".

The tour began at Soccer City stadium in Johannesburg on March 16th and it ended yesterday at Green Point stadium in the Mother City. The purpose of the inspection tour was for FIFA to mkae sure that all staidums would be ready and FIFA confirmed today that all parties are confident.

It isn't just about building a stadium, there are many factors that need to be taken into consideration and inspection tours of South Africa have been a regular feature over the past few years.
