The United Colours of Football Forum was hosted by Kick It Out, an initiative who?s goal is to eliminate racism and to encourage the advancement of Asian players in British football.
Having played alongside Quinton Fortune at Manchester United and playing against other South Africans in the Premiership over the years, the former Manchester United ?geezer? said that he had come to learn a great deal about the country and pointed out that he had the uppermost respect for the transition that football had made in the last decade.
"From being almost complete outsiders to being chosen to host a World Cup in such a short period is quite an amazing feat for any country, you should be really impressed with yourselves" said the Nottingham-born player.
