The World Cup is very much upon us and you know we like videos and here is a pretty much exclusive first look at a video taken of Steven Gerrard training just before the World Cup.
Yes, it is a promotional video and no, we are not getting paid, but if the guys at Lucozade want to send some of whatever it is Steven Gerrard is drinking, we'd happily accept - we are sort of getting fed up of the Gu Gels and Red Bull - they're keeping us up for hours.
