Bheki Ntshalintshali, deputy general secretary of The Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) says the reason they want to be included in the 2010 World Cup local organising committee is to be able to assess the procurement process.
The union chief said ?We started talking to SAFA in 2004, saying we wanted to be part of that committee, we want to make our contribution...and we've been sent from pillar to post. We think there is secrecy in the procurement...and that's worrying us,?
