Algeria have changed venue of their World Cup training camp. They will now be based in the Swiss Alps after cancelling a stay in Italy. The decision was made for better altitude training, the Algerian Football Federation confirmed.
Algeria will now start preparations for the World Cup at Crans-Montana in Switzerland and plan on spending two weeks from May 13th at the resort.
Algeria are in Group C, along with England, USA and Slovenia and in further preparation for the World Cup they have arranged friendlies against Ireland in Dublin on May 28th and United Arab Emirates on June 5th in Germany.
