It was a good game of football but Greece really didn't do enough while South Korea looked quite good and could have had more than two. I'm not sure they will have enough in the latter stages of the tournament, but they play the game the right way and they are full of energy.
The goals came from Lee Jung-soo in the 7th minutes and ark Ji-sung in the 52nd and while Greece did try towards the end, if you could get a bet on them not winning a game in this World Cup after that performance, you should put your house payments on it.
In fact, if you could get a bet on them not scoring during the World Cup, that might be worth a little bet too.
There is still a chance for the Greeks as we haven't seen Argentina or Nigeria play yet but one of them will have to be really bad to give the Greeks hope, while South Korea will be very happy with the start. All attention will now move to Argentina versus Nigeria, kicking off in just over thirty minutes.
South Korea play Argentina next while Greece play Nigeria, with both matches happening on June 17th.
