FIFA have announced that the 2010 World Cup will take place between June 11th and and July 11th 2010.

The format for the tournament is going to be the same as that of Germany this year and FIFA President Sepp Blatter has also stressed that South Africa need to get a move on saying "we have said that they should bring a little bit of fire to the preparations."
